pomegranate prosecco

 1 glass of Prosecco
½ tablespoon of pomegranate seeds


serves 1

  1. Cut a pomegranate in half and deseed.
  2. Put ½ tablespoon of pomegranate seeds into a champagne flute.
  3. Add the Prosecco to the glass.

Serve as an aperitif before supper

  • This is an elegant (and cheaper) version of a champagne cocktail. The red pomegranate seeds look stunningly festive at Christmas.
