If you are looking for more unusual and less heavy Tuscan food, Enoteca Guidi is the place to go.
Simona, Head Chef, uses traditional Tuscan ingredients but cooks them in an innovative and modern way. She always uses seasonal fruit and vegetables and sources cheese and cooked meats locally. When wild mushrooms and truffles are on the menu, they are picked at dawn and on the table by midday.
Simona's husband, Severio is a certified wine expert. His cellars are stocked with some of the best, and more unusual, Italian wines.
